Surah At-Tin (The Fig) سُورَة التين

Surah At-Tin is the 95th chapter of the Quran, consisting of 8 verses. It highlights the creation of humans and the importance of faith and good deeds. Below are the verses of this Surah.

Translation: Surah At-Tin (The Fig) سُورَة التين

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ ١

By the Fig and the Olive, (1)

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ٢

And the Mount of Sinai, (2)

وَهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ الْأَمِينِ ٣

And this City of security,- (3)

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ ٤

We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, (4)

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَاهُ أَسْفَلَ سَافِلِينَ ٥

Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- (5)

إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ ٦

Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. (6)

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّينِ ٧

Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)? (7)

أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ ٨

Is not Allah the wisest of judges? (8)
